Overview
Careforce1 connects NDIS providers and aged care organisations in Australia with support workers.
The site speaks to two very different groups, so we designed separate journeys for job seekers and for employers, then built them in WordPress with Elementor.
The challenge
Two audiences with different needs had to share one website without either of them getting lost or slowed down.
What we did
- Mapped both journeys and designed wireframes and full designs in Figma.
- Built separate application forms for care workers and employers.
- Kept the layouts light and fully responsive on phones.
- Showed the team how to manage jobs and pages themselves.
