Overview
Frome wanted to move away from a rigid, slow Shopify template.
We rebuilt the store with custom Liquid sections and blocks, so the team can change pages freely in the theme editor while the store stays fast.
The challenge
Many Shopify stores rely on page builder apps that add heavy code and slow pages down on phones.
What we did
- Wrote reusable Liquid sections for the home page and product pages.
- Removed the need for page builder apps.
- Tidied the theme code and image loading for speed.
- Wrote a short guide to using the theme editor.
