Grayshaper LMS

A Bengali learning platform with video courses, quizzes, certificates and bKash and Nagad payments, built with Next.js and Supabase.

Overview

Grayshaper LMS is our own online learning platform for Bengali-speaking students. It offers courses in spoken English, IELTS, Japanese, Korean, freelancing, AI tools and web development, all taught in Bengali.

Students can preview the first lessons for free, enrol with local mobile payments, follow video lessons, take quizzes, hand in assignments and earn certificates that anyone can verify.

The challenge

Most course platforms are built for English speakers and card payments. We needed one that feels natural in Bengali, works well on low-cost phones and accepts the payment methods people in Bangladesh actually use.

What we did

Designed a clear, Bengali-first interface with simple course pages and progress tracking.
Built video lessons, quizzes, assignments and certificate checks in Next.js.
Connected bKash and Nagad payments to student accounts.
Used Supabase for the database, sign-in and file storage.
